Lavinia's Circle of Opportunity
Don't wait for invitations. Build the room yourself. Go deeper, like a redwood.
Thank you for Thursday. The chicken, more vegetables than I usually eat in a week, the view, the drive into town — and the clearest look yet at where you're going. Here are my reflections.

The Book
Surrender Then Move: The Practice of Joy
The timing is right. People are searching, and this is a personal-development story, not a memoir — the category that's moving.
Keep it with 3–5 readers and act only on notes you hear twice.
If you still need it, I can send two or three editor names who work on short, principle-driven books (Four Agreements, Yung Pueblo).
Lean toward self-publishing; you own the rooms, the circles, and JoyLift.
Make the guaranteed book buy your standard speaking ask.
Build the format family now: small book, audiobook in your voice, a card deck of the principles.
Beta the 8-week workshop from the chapters. Book first, live cohort at premium, film once, then evergreen. Offer to subscribers.
Speaking & Curated Visibility
What makes you different in any lineup is heart. That's what people remember when they leave. The next move is to put your voice where more people can find it, so the invitations come to you.
I would:
Go to the event and the VIP dinner anyway; the room is the room. Collect data for your curated event. Place yourself on your own stage.
Lead with the Equinox co-founder credential and the intuition-as-business-strategy lane. It's the Sarah Blakely ecosystem — intuition as a business superpower — not the wellness-coach ecosystem.
Keep spiritual entrepreneurship and spiritual leadership for mental health as your signature talk.
Get recorded. Every time you move a room, have it captured. You can't be requested for what no one has seen.
You need a dedicated speaker page. I could not find one. I'll show you what I mean.
Curate an event you can film, reflecting the stages you want to see yourself on
People want to feel something, and you're the one who gets a ballroom of suits on their feet. That story — and the founder apologizing to the next speaker for having to follow you — is your pitch. But the pitch now comes with a room attached: you're not asking for a slot, you're offering a stage.
The Circle of Circles
Sacred Woman Collective map
A brilliant partnership that does not put you at the center. This is also advisory work where you can take the stage as needed.
Your map is already whole: circles, workshops, leadership and branches, money, health and wellness, into the world, brand products. The job now is sequence, not more vision. Scale the number of circles, never the size of one. Cells that make up a body. Circle, not hierarchy.
Touch a circle to let it open.
Not programming, but fruit.
We also discussed:
Train the Trainer. Another great distribution opportunity, both for knowledge and as content channels.
Write the DNA of one circle on a single page: who, how many, what happens, how often, who holds it. That's the replication kit.
Phase the wheel. Possible rollout — Year one: circles, certification, workshops. Year two: money and health-access programs with partners who own those lanes. Years three to seven: schools, corporate, hospitals, products.
Build “Invest in Potential” as an application-based program — paid internships and funding for high-potential young women — and let the circles be the vetting and referral network.
Bring partners for anything you don't want to run. You don't have to own everything to make money on it; you have to stay at the root.
The Show
Third time is the charm. I suggest dream-storming (I made that up) what is possible.
You have a ton of great elements. Circle is never part of the filming of what is sacred, but there are great stories without it. Consulting with some story and narrative producers I know could be fun.
This could be a premise: a women-funding-women gathering built on circle principles — invite-only, about a hundred women per room, funders and founders at the same table, movement first. Consider Stacy and Anna as the natural on-screen partners.
Circle stays sacred and unfilmed. The show follows what circle births: women getting funded, founders being supported, lives changing, with “what's behind this?” as the hook. Start documenting now, with willing participants, no decisions about format yet.
Bottom Line
Don't wait for invitations. Build the room yourself. Go deeper, like a redwood.
The reach and visibility come from there.
You are already building. A little honing is the strategy.
